Frequently asked questions

There is no exact answer for this.
Completion time will vary based on project size and complexity, as well as how quickly you respond to requests for feedback and revision approvals.
Paypal is my preferred payment method, checks or cash. Completed projects will be held until payment is received. If paying by check, project will be held until check clears.
No exceptions.
No, and there's no charge for your initial consultation.
If you decide to hire me for your project, a 30% non-refundable deposit is due. This is required to get things going.
This deposit is neccessary, as clients sometimes enter into a project with the best of intentions, but don't follow through.
Remaining balance is due upon delivery of the completed project.
No exceptions.
There are two answers to this question.
1. If you have an idea of what you want, I will create design based on your ideas. From there, we can revise the design until you are satisfied.

2. If you aren’t sure what type of design or concept you need, I will create three concepts for you.
From there you can choose one, or mix and match components from the three designs.
Once you do that, we can move forward with revisions to create a final product that you can be proud of.

During the concept and design phase, I don’t like to put restrictions on the number of revisions you can ask for.
The reason is simple, I want you to be satisfied with the final product.

If after the final design is agreed upon you decide on more revisions, I will charge for any additional changes based on the time needed to complete them.
Not usually, as most projects can be completed through email, messaging, telephone or video communication.
Yes I do. I can redesign while retaining your current style, or I can give you a completely new design.
No. I am a designer, not a printer.
When we are planning your project I will ask you which printer you will be using. Then I will create your project within your chosen printers specifications to be sure you have no issues with your printer.
If I am not familiar with your choice of printer, I will call then to verify their file specifications before I begin your project.
